follow these steps

1. go to mobile settings and find default apps

2. tap on app management 

3. tap on default apps or (3 dots and default apps in some devices)

5. tap on links

6. find play store in the list and tap on it

7. tap on open supported links and set it on (ask every time)

and the job is done.
